This position focuses on executing the Assigned Client’s day-to-day marketing activities while actively contributing to the internal management and leadership of Adchor Agency. The role ensures branding consistency, operational efficiency, and measurable outcomes for the Assigned Client and supports Adchor’s strategic planning, resource management, and team leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities include managing client campaigns, creating content, coordinating events, supporting sales enablement, and participating in agency leadership and innovation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Management
- Oversee daily posting and scheduling across social media platforms.
- Manage email campaigns in alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Create high-quality weekly content, including blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, presentations, and sales-focused collateral.
Sales & Training Support
- Develop and upload sales training materials into Monday.com for team access.
- Assist in building out clinical positioning materials, claims matrix, and customer persona-focused sales training tools.
Event & Conference Coordination
- Manage logistics for congresses, trade shows, webinars, and other industry events.
- Facilitate live demonstrations, product showcases, and on-site/virtual engagement strategies.
Project & Request Management
- Act as the primary receiver for marketing requests, ensuring timely routing for review or approval.
- Organize and maintain marketing collateral on SharePoint, ensuring compliance and easy access.
Website & Digital Infrastructure Support
- Support website updates and framework maintenance to align with marketing objectives.
- Set up and manage digital email infrastructure, ensuring integration with CRM tools for targeted content distribution.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Provide weekly reports on campaign performance and event ROI.
- Analyze metrics to suggest strategic improvements and optimize campaigns for better outcomes.
