We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our digital marketing practice across a growing portfolio of active client accounts. This is not an execution-only role. You will own strategy, lead a junior team, and serve as the senior voice on digital across paid media, organic social, email, and influencer marketing.

The person we are looking for has been in the trenches. You have managed multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, built paid media programs that drive measurable ROI, and led influencer partnerships that convert — not just create impressions. You know the difference between activity and outcomes, and you operate accordingly.

Core Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Leadership
  • Own the digital marketing strategy across the active client portfolio, ensuring alignment between content, paid, and organic channels.
  • Translate client business goals into actionable, channel-specific marketing strategies with clear KPIs and timelines.
  • Lead and mentor the junior digital team, setting quality standards, reviewing outputs, and building capability.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for digital marketing across client accounts and internal leadership.
Paid Media
  • Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Own campaign strategy from audience targeting and creative direction through to budget allocation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain naming structures, tracking standards, and reporting frameworks across all paid accounts.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven optimizations with speed and precision.
  • Provide paid media guidance and oversight to junior team members executing day-to-day campaign management.
Influencer Marketing
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies for clients across relevant verticals, including healthcare, B2B, and consumer brands.
  • Identify, vet, and negotiate with influencer and content creator partners aligned with client brand, audience, and performance objectives.
  • Build campaign briefs, manage activations end-to-end, and ensure deliverables are met on time and on-brand.
  • Track and report influencer campaign performance with clear attribution models and ROI analysis.
  • Stay current on creator economy trends, platform changes, and emerging influencer categories relevant to client industries.
Content, Social & Email Strategy
  • Set content and social media strategy across organic channels for client accounts, guiding the junior team on execution.
  • Review and approve content calendars, copy, and creative to ensure brand alignment and performance orientation.
  • Oversee email marketing strategy including list segmentation, campaign planning, A/B testing, and performance review.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints for each client.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Own monthly and quarterly reporting across all digital channels for the client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting templates that provide clear, actionable visibility into performance.
  • Translate data into strategic recommendations — not just numbers, but a point of view.
  • Lead performance review conversations with clients and internal leadership.

What You Bring

Experience & Background
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong track record across paid media, social, and content — ideally in an agency or multi-client environment.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You have built and managed significant budgets, not just observed them.
  • Proven experience running influencer marketing programs: from creator identification and negotiation through to campaign execution and ROI measurement.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members and setting quality standards across a team.
Skills & Approach
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with the discipline to execute. You can move between big-picture and detail without losing either.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you can present a strategy, write a brief, or push back on a client with equal confidence.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools: Google Analytics, native platform dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Comfort in a fast-moving, multi-client environment where priorities shift and quality cannot.
