Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Adchor Resources (as defined below), applying to become a partner with Adchor, or otherwise seeking affiliation with Adchor.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. They include an arbitration agreement, jury and class action waivers, limitations of liability, and other provisions that affect your legal rights.

Use of Resources

Your use of Adchor’s website, digital marketing tools, partner portal, project leads, or any commissions or other compensation from services affiliated with Adchor (collectively, “Resources”) is conditioned on your acknowledgment, agreement, and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all partners that utilize Adchor’s platform or Resources in any capacity.

By accessing Adchor’s Resources, you consent to be bound by these Terms. Should you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must immediately notify Adchor and cease your association with Adchor.

All Resources are provided on an “as is” basis. Adchor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Resources’ accuracy, completeness, or performance.

Interpretations and Definitions

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions with Adchor Group, LLC:

Affiliate refers to any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Adchor Group, LLC, where “control” signifies the ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for the election of directors or other managing authority.
Country refers to: Florida, United States.
Company (referred to as “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Adchor Group, LLC, registered in the state of Florida.

Outbound Communications and Compliance with Law

In your marketing activities involving Adchor (including use of Adchor trademarks or Resources), you agree not to:

The Service provided by Adchor Group, LLC is offered to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Adchor Group, LLC, on behalf of itself, its Affiliates, and its and their respective licensors and service providers, explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the Service. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranties that may arise from course of dealing, performance, usage, or trade practice.

Governing Law

The laws of Florida, United States, excluding its conflict of laws rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
